Weekly CAC Social Road Running Returns

CAC Weekly Thursday Night Road Running returns to Carn Brea on Thursday 4th November at 6pm! This is an informal social run, with a variety of routes in the street lights of Camborne, Illogan and Redruth. The main routes are 6-7 miles, with shorter options available.
We will be starting with the Camborne route for the first week- if you haven’t been before, club members will show you the way but the map is below
Open to everyone. Average pace tends to be around 8 min miling (so from 9 to 7 min miling).
We meet outside the front entrance of Carn Brea leisure centre at 6pm. Please wear high viz and appropriate clothing for winter training.
Please also remember if you park in the leisure centre car park that you need to enter your car registration details inside the leisure centre, to avoid a fine.
