Training Sessions

CAC training sessions take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for Track and Field and Endurance athletes of all abilities.

Track and Field Sessions

Tuesdays and Thursdays (6-8pm), Track and Field Athletes

CAC’s England Athletics qualified coaches provide coaching in the full range of field and track events and welcome athletes from 9 years old upwards, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6.00pm.

The venue has facilities for all running, jumping and throwing athletic disciplines.

If you would like to join a group, or have any enquiries relating to Track and Field, please contact our Track and Field Chair, Karen Robilliard here or call on 07967 377731.
