Track and Field sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00pm, with the club’s UKA qualified coaches providing coaching in the full range of field and track events, for all ages 9 and over.
For young athletes of any ability, age 8 and above, our ever popular “Saturday Athletics Club” runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm. This session is designed to introduce young athletes to track and field disciplines with emphasis on fun and fitness before aiming to join the main club track and field evening sessions.

Senior Endurance sessions. Fully coached, structured, track training for Under 17s, Under 20s, Seniors and Masters endurance/road runners is also available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
On Tuesdays there are three ability groups Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. This is the main Club training session. Individual warm up from 6.45pm, Group warm up at 7.00 pm.
On Thursdays* a smaller Senior Endurance session, with one coach, takes place for Intermediate/ Advanced athletes. If you wish to come to Thursdays for the first time, please contact Alan (see below) to check if spaces are available first. Individual warm up from 6.00pm, Session begins at 6.15 pm.

CAC First and Second Claim Members £3.00 / non CAC Members £3.50.
Training Fees are paid in the clubhouse at the bottom of the track. Card payments can be taken. If paying by cash, please try to bring the correct money, in £2, £1 or 50p coins, as change may not be available.
