Dear All

We have now finalised the details of the next fixture at Westward Ho ! on Sunday 15^th January.
It will be hosted jointly by Bideford and North Devon, and we are extremely grateful to both clubs for all

the hard work they have put into planning this event.

It is a joint fixture with the Gliddon and Squire League for the first time. This will mean larger fields in many of the races

which is good, but will mean the venue is much busier.

Please ensure everyone uses the parking spaces shown on the map and follows the one way system in place.
It can be a very exposed place so please make sure everyone comes prepared. We have extra toilets this year.

The races begin at 11.30 with the G&S League U9 races.
The U11 race will start at 12noon.

I hope everyone will enjoy the event which will be a little challenging but hopefully will go OK.

Can I also wish everyone a fantastic Christmas and a very successful New Year for your club.
