WESTWARD LEAGUE  and CORNWALL XC CHAMPIONSHIPS SUNDAY 8 NOVEMBER 2015

The second Westward League fixture at Newquay Sports Centre on Sunday 8 November 2015 will include the Cornwall Cross Country Championships and County Team Selection for the South West Inter Counties at Bicton Park, Exeter on Sunday 20 December and the National Inter Counties  on Saturda y 12 March at Cofton Park, Birmingham.

If you only intend to run in the Westward League races, you only need to turn up and race.  As usual the club covers your entry fee for the Westward League.

If you would like to be entered for the Cornwall XC Championships, please give your name, with the ENTRY FEE to:-

Angela Burrows or Caroline Brock for the Young Athletes races – U11, U13,U15 and U17 Male and Female

Emma Stepto – Senior and U20 Ladies

Dave Buzza – Senior and U20 Men

Please note – If you have not entered the County Championships in previous years, please tell the appropriate person if you qualify by being either:-

 1 Born in Cornwall or

2  Through residency

This does not apply to U11’s

To make it easier for you and hopefully encourage more of our runners to enter the Championships, your entry will then be passed onto Becky Vage, who will coordinate the entries and forward them online to the Championship Secretary, Tracy Cayton-Smith.

 CLOSING DATE (FOR CAC ENTRIES) – TUESDAY 27 OCTOBER

Another please note:-

U13, U15, U17 AND U20 may represent BOTH their school in the Championships and the club in the Westward League BUT THEY MUST WEAR THEIR SCHOOL VEST IN THE RACE and take their finishing disc to their Westward League Team Manager(s)
