2024 GRAND PRIX RACES

I have had conversations with other CAC coaches and some of our runners recently regarding CAC's slightly lower participation and performance in the year's early GP races. We are doing OK but with the ever growing number of members, we thought it would be sensible to identify a group of KEY RACES to target in 2024. Naturally runners will still compete in other races in the GP, MTRS and out of the county.

Our thoughts are just a suggestion and something which will we hope will help to bring ALL club's runners together as team on race day. I have always been a great believer in the team aspect of competition.
