CAC bring home medals in County 5000m Champs
Congratulations to all runners who competed at the Duchy Athletic Network/Cornwall County 5000m Champs at Carn Brea yesterday. CAC athletes performed brilliantly and our volunteers and officials made it all possible.
The new County Champions for 2023 are Joshua Rowe (Cornwall AC) and Megan Davis (Newquay Road Runners)!
1st Male Vet was John McWilliams (Mile High), 1st Vet Female was Anna Harrold (Truro Running Club). 1st Under 17 Female was Chloe Clarke (CAC).
Taking Silver medals in the Senior Champs were Sam Goodchild (Cornwall AC) and Anna Harrold, with Bronze medals going to Jacob Landers (Tamar Trotters) and Tamara Beach (Cornwall AC).
