Trickys has been involved with Cornwall Athletic Club since 1994, when Trickys first sponsored the Christmas Turkey Trot road race. Due to the success of this event, a summer version of the race was first held in 2000 and this event soon became a part of the popular Cornwall Grand Prix Road Race Series. Trickys has provided an ideal venue for both races offering ample car parking, BBQ area, hog roast, conference centre which acts as the race headquarters and of course the bar and restaurant.
