Cornwall Athletic Club Training Sessions

Training Sessions

In line with latest Government Covid restrictions, Cornwall AC training sessions will cease after training on Wednesday 4th November until Thursday 3rd December, at the earliest.

Training will only re-commence if Government and EA guidance allow it. We will update this page at that time. It is an unfortunate but necessary break to our club activities, but we continue to wish all our members and families well and hope that we will be back to training in December. Stay safe.

* THE ABOVE STATEMENT SUPERSEDES ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW *

CAC training sessions have been adapted and restricted to provide as safe a training environment as possible and ensure adherence to Government and governing body advice regarding Covid-19. Please read the details below carefully:-

Tuesdays  (6-8pm) and Thursdays (6-7pm), Track and Field.

(NO Senior Endurance athletes)

Track and Field sessions are available with a maximum of 12 athletes per coach. ONLY club athletes who have been invited to return to training by their coach may attend. Please note, NOT all coaches are returning to the club at this time. To avoid disappointment and being told to go home, DO NOT just turn up.

Our regard for the safety and well-being of ALL club members is paramount. At all times we must ensure we adhere to the most current Government and our affiliated bodies guidelines pertaining to COVID-19. These restrictions may ease in the coming weeks/months and they may also become more restrictive if viral levels increase. We will need to adapt to these changes as and when they happen. Your full co-operation in this will help us to have a successful return to club training at Carn Brea track, all be it restrictive at this time.

BEFORE attending training we ask that you read RULES THAT ATHLETES AND PARENTS MUST FOLLOW TO KEEP THEMSELVES AND CLUB MEMBERS SAFE.
