| CAC runners to take London by storm this weekend |

| Strong teams entered in the South of England Champs |
Good luck to the 33 CAC athletes running in the South of England Cross Country Championships at Parliament Hill Fields, Hampstead Heath on Saturday. They'd better be taking their long spikes as it's going to be muddy. Two minibuses and a car are going up in the official convoy and staying at a Travelodge, with some athletes travelling with parents and meeting us there.
It's good to have such a big turnout, though a few more Seniors would be good next year!
