Bideford is generally regarded as the weakest of the Westward League fixtures, where fields tend to be at their smallest. This is an excellent opportunity to score high points in both the individual and team competitions. This is also the fourth Westward League, so if you have already done the first three or the team is in a top three position, it is well worth competing at this fixture, to score good points.
REMEMBER the remaining three Westward League fixtures ALL clash with other races on the same weekend, which will particularly affect the Under 13's, Under 15's and Under 17's.
Bideford Sunday 13 January - The Cornwall Schools Championships will be held at Truro School on Saturday 12 January!
Bovey Tracey Sunday 10 February - The South West Schools Championships will be held in Cheltenham on Saturday 9 February!
Bicton Sunday Sunday 16 March - The Inter Counties Championships will be held at Nottingham on Saturday 15th March!
The last two Saturday clashes will involve selected teams, so may not affect all CAC runners.
