More bits from Buzza - Five Tors
Seven hardy souls from CAC headed up to Bodmin Moor on the same day as the Bath Half Marathon and came away with some good results, on a dry day but with a bitterly cold wind.

First in from the club in 3rd place was Jason Pascoe.  Jason's in his element going uphill off-road.  The problem is there tends to be a roughly equal amount of downhill and he's not so hot at that!  He kept building big leads on the climbs but being rapidly caught and overtaken down the other side.  Never mind, third place is pretty good but now he'll have to practice some downhill fell running!

"Mr Consistency" Dave Angilley (15th), who is clearly getting fitter, was the next club finisher, followed by Viv Bray  in 35th position.  Martin Todd, who seems to have a serious case of race addiction at the moment, was 43rd, with John Waldie transferring his cross-country form to the moors in 57th spot and our other doctor (as well as Doc. Martin), Tony Shaw(67th), just beat Suzy Bosustow by two places.

All were in the top half of the field which boasted 136 finishers.  Good to see so many CAC runners in the results of a race that wasn't targeted by "Guru" Rowling.
