Well done to Terry Timms, who ran at the recent South West Veterans Cross Country Championships at Sidmouth.  Running in the 45-49 age group, Terry won his race comfortably and was delighted to claim the South West title.

More success came the club's way at the Royal Navy Cross Country Championships, with Kiri Wedlock producing her best ever run to win the Ladies title.  Kiri, who is currently warm weather training in Portugal, now leads the Navy team in the Combined Services Championships.

In the Men's race, Nathan Gosling continues to enjoy a rich vein of form, finishing fourth , just two places ahead of one of the club's top Veteran performers, Tony Dunn.  Tony, still returning to form after his time on board ship, was the second Veteran across the line.
