A new format for the 2009 Aquathlons – swim the triangle and run the Prom.  Swimmers will go in every 30 seconds and, seeing that there are no lanes, this should quicken everything up so that there is less waiting around.  The only thing we can’t change is the weather.  If we’re lucky, we may get an evening when it isn’t raining, cold or blowing a gale!
