"Samantha and I have just run the Duchy 20 for the second time and surprisingly beat our previous time by 29 minutes.  We would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in organising this event.  The pasta party was a great way to start the event off!  The marshals were brilliant all around the course and their support, from holding back the traffic to those words of encouragement was very much appreciated.  The youngsters handing out jelly babies and drinks were also a pleasing sight and just shows how great our kids really are, giving up their time!
 
Please pass on our appreciation for the efforts of  everyone involved in making the day a success and for the sun shine!
 
A big personal thanks to the Thursday night crew who have helped with our training all year.
