Viv knocked a massive six minutes off his best Half Marathon time, clocking 1 hour 38 minutes 10 seconds and finishing 645th out of 5811 finishers.

Neville obviously survived sleeping on the floor in his daughter’s flat as he sped around the strees of Cardiff in 1 hour 24 minutes 41 seconds, finishing 95th and a classy second in the Veteran’s 50-54 age group.

Neville might have noticed a Carnies vest just in front of him at the finish.  Juliet Knowles had a great run, coming home as the seventh lady in the excellent time of 1 hour 24 minutes 25 seconds
