Jo, who is in her first year at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff (UWIC), is having a busy indoor season and in January clocked 29.44 over 200 metres in the Welsh Senior Championships.  In February she ran the 60 metres in 8.7 at  a RAF Invitational meeting in Sheffield, before beating that time, clocking 8.57 in the Midland Indoor Championships in Birmingham later in the month.  Jo also improved her 200 metres time in February, reducing her best to 28.77 at the UWIC Indoor Grand Prix.

Her outdoor times are certainly due for renewal this coming season and we look forward to her competing for the club later in the summer.
